Location: Manjeri, Malappuram.
As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their educational journey. Your responsibilities include:
- Calling potential leads to explain courses and services.
- Converting leads into admissions by understanding their needs.
- Following up to ensure enrollment and meet admission targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and conversions.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and freshers are also encouraged to apply. Competencies should be goal-driven and results-focused.
