We are looking for an RCC Advisor to manage customer interactions effectively. You will also need to maintain knowledge of products and adhere to policies while building strong customer relationships.
Education Requirement: 10 + 2 / Graduation in any discipline. Experience: 6 months – 2 years, with a minimum of 6 months in BPO mandatory. Essential skills include problem-solving, customer focus, and basic computer knowledge.
