Job Description
HOTEL MERLIN INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Banquet and culinary team. We require a candidate with a strong food industry background and a passion for creating innovative dishes in large banquet settings.
Duties:
- Oversee kitchen operations including menu planning
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Collaborate on menu development
- Manage inventory and budgeting
Experience Required: 10 years in a similar role. Pay: ₹35,946.99 – ₹40,852.92 per month.
