Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at One Point One Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience in inside sales. This position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and solve customer queries related to insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service as a Customer Care Executive.
- Work in a day shift with Sundays fixed off.
- Participate in rotational shifts and week offs as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum HSC qualification. Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
