Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will greet guests, manage queries and complaints, and book rooms while maintaining high customer service standards and motivating your team.
Qualifications
Relevant front office experience preferred; freshers encouraged. A degree or diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage.
