Job Description
Join JVW Technologies as a Customer Support Service Desk representative! Responsibilities include handling Internet/Telecom queries, managing international customer calls, and resolving product-related issues. You will be required to maintain records using CRM software and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Undergraduate with excellent English skills and good computer knowledge. Minimum 6 months BPO experience in an international voice process preferred. Candidates must be willing to work in US shifts and able to join immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month.
