Technocart Online Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Tele Calling Executive to join our dynamic team. Proficiency in Hindi is a must for this role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers.
- Providing detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Addressing customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
