Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee home connect and care operations in the assigned territory.
2. Source and train technicians in coordination with targeted colleges.
3. Conduct training sessions for technicians to enhance productivity.
4. Ensure zero defect execution of home connect activities.
Education Requirement: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (ECE/Telecommunication/IT/CS)
Experience Requirement: 5 – 8 years
Skills & Competencies: Strong product service knowledge, team management, excellent communication, and customer focus skills.
