Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring for a Voice and Chat Support Specialist. If you’re passionate about exceptional customer service and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via voice and chat across time zones.
- Resolve customer queries effectively.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 0-12 months of international voice process experience welcome.
Benefits:
- Salary: ₹19,00 – ₹35,00 per month.
