Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for a reputable Ayurvedic Hospital located near Angamali, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of overall kitchen supervision experience and possess expertise in various kitchen roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of kitchen operations and staff
- Management of stocks, stores, and purchases
- Cost control expertise

- Proficient in typing and billing
- Strong communication skills
