Key responsibilities include designing and executing manual test cases, identifying defects, maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for comprehensive testing coverage.
The ideal candidate should possess 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce QA/Manual Testing, a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, and strong manual testing expertise.
