Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Monitor registration and admission standards, submitting reports as required.
- Provide excellent service and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Identify and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Handle quality-related documentation and implementation.
- Monitor invoices and manage billing according to agreements.
- Manage duty roster and leave for front office staff.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English communication.
- Experience in Telecalling.
- Flexible to work on weekends.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required.
