• Training & LMS Management: Administer the LMS platform, assign training modules, monitor training completion, and prepare reports.
• Reporting & Analysis: Develop training dashboards, analyze LMS data, and ensure training content aligns with business objectives.
• NPS (Net Promoter Score): Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• SAP & IMS: Process invoices efficiently.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Expertise: Utilize advanced functions and design impactful presentations.
