Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability of partners and secondary agents.
- Manage reporting from Jio Digital Repair Specialists.
- Coordinate with business teams for Air Fiber.
- Conduct partner visits and audits.
- Gather customer feedback through calls.
- Ensure quality onboarding of partners.
- Train secondary agents and monitor productivity.
Education Requirement: Graduation (Science preferred)
Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 Years
