Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability of partners and secondary agents in geography
- Manage reporting from Jio Digital Repair Specialist
- Coordinate with teams for Air Fiber business
- Visit General Trade partners
- Conduct sample audits for installations
- Gather customer feedback through calls
- Oversee partner onboarding and quality
- Attend and close surveillance tickets timely
- Train secondary agents and support Fiber engineers
- Monitor engineers’ productivity
Education Requirement: Graduation (Science stream preferred)
Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 Years
