Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd. In this role, you will attend to customer complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include taking proactive steps to minimize customer complaints by optimizing systems and processes. You will be an essential part of our team, working full-time in person.
