Job Description
Spixar Technologies Solutions, a rapidly growing advertising & marketing company, is seeking Freelance Talent Acquisition Executives to aid in recruiting for sales & marketing roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. You’ll forward shortlisted candidates for further processing.
Commitment is 3 hours/day, 5 days a week for a minimum of 3 months, with earnings up to ₹60,00 per hired candidate on a milestone basis. High performers may receive full-time offers with higher CTC and incentives after 3 months.
