Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinate hiring for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement.
- Innovate to streamline HR processes.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication in Malayalam and English.
- Proactive and organized.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
