Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Lakshmi Machine Works. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the on-time delivery of zero-defect components while fulfilling documentation requirements for ISO, EOHS, and KHO activities.
Your responsibilities will include loading cubical parts per load charts, effective utilization of manpower and machinery, and conducting training for new trainees. You’ll also conduct meetings to address nonconformities and support various quality control initiatives.
