Job Description
Join VYAPARAVIJAYAM TRADES & AGENCIES PVT.LTD as a Customer Relations & Collections Specialist. Your primary role will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with financial products, guiding them through processes, and resolving complaints promptly. Graduate candidates with 0–3 years of experience are preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
