Job Description
P9 Farms Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our vibrant team. Established in 2020, Arthlife Kids has earned a reputation for creating chic and comfortable fashion for children across India.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven experience, excellent communication, and time management skills are essential.
Schedule: Mon to Sat, 10 am to 7 pm. Salary: ₹10,512.81 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. Proficiency in Hindi and English required.
