About Spixar: Spixar Technologies Solutions is a dynamic advertising & marketing company on the rise. We are currently expanding our team and seeking Freelance Talent Acquisition Executives to assist in our recruitment process for sales & marketing positions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Source & post job vacancies, screen resumes, and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Forward shortlisted candidates for further processing.
Commitment: Minimum of 3 hours/day for 5 days a week over a 3-month period.
Payouts: Earn up to ₹60,00 for each hired & retained candidate.
