Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison for patients during their aesthetic experience.
* Schedule consultations, coordinate surgeries, and facilitate communication between patients and the clinical team.
* Maintain patient records, provide pre/post-operative instructions, and address inquiries with professionalism.
Required Skill Set:
* Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
* Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
* Empathy and a customer-first attitude.
* Basic knowledge of aesthetic procedures is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
