Job Description
Forte Kochi is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking and placing orders, serving guests efficiently, and establishing warm relationships to better understand their preferences. Maintaining high hygiene standards while serving visually appealing food is crucial. You will also handle guest complaints regarding service hygiene and ensure proper billing and cash recovery for services rendered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,500.00 – ₹19,500.00 per month
Benefits include provided meals and a Provident Fund.
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
Requirements
