Job Description
Mappas Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage specific sections of our kitchen, including South Indian, grills, Continental, and desserts. The successful candidate will ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation while supervising junior chefs.
Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with other kitchen staff for smooth service. Reporting directly to the Sous Chef or Head Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
