Job Description
Role: Customer Relationship Officer (International Voice Process)
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹20,00 (includes ESI & PF benefits)
Shift Timing:
- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in English (international communication standard).
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per scheduled times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 per month
