Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual for the Service Delivery position at Blue Star India. The responsibilities include managing complaint calls from initial acknowledgment to resolution in ServIT, conducting daily reviews of pending complaints, and escalating issues as necessary. You will also be responsible for rendering PMS services, returning defective materials, raising warranty claims, and submitting offers for non-AMC spares as per company policies.
Key skills required include excellent communication, troubleshooting abilities, and knowledge of chillers, VRF, and ductable systems.
