Job Description
NowFloats Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Retention Support Intern. You will be responsible for managing customer renewals, executing the end-to-end renewal process, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate quotes.
Additionally, you’ll develop engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention. Regular check-ins and feedback loops with customers will be vital to align our product value with their goals.
This is a full-time position with a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00. Preferred candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer support and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
