Job Description
GURUSOUL REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally. You will listen to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
Your tasks will include maintaining customer records, escalating complex issues to supervisors, following communication scripts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding our service quality standards.
