Job Description
Eagle Fleet Services Private Limited (Red Taxi) is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers by clarifying their needs, and provide effective solutions. Building sustainable relationships with customers and maintaining records of interactions are essential.
The ideal candidate should have previous customer support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Tamil and English are required. This is a full-time role based in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a salary of ₹14,500.00 – ₹15,500.00 per month.
