Job Description
Breathe Gym and Fitness Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Personal Fitness Trainer to join our dedicated team. As a Fitness Trainer, your duties will include determining clients’ exercise needs, assigning and revising fitness activities, instructing, and motivating clients.
Key responsibilities involve assessing clients’ fitness levels, overseeing exercise routines, and tracking physical progress. You will also modify plans to address individual needs while conducting both individual and group training sessions.
Candidates must have a certificate in personal training or a degree in Sports Science, with 5 years of experience. Fluency in English and knowledge of Tamil is preferred.
