Job Description
Lubrizol is seeking a Company Secretary Intern for a 21-month internship program. In this role, you will assist the Legal and Secretarial team to ensure corporate compliance and governance. Your primary responsibilities include conducting due diligence, supporting the drafting of legal documents, and performing research on corporate laws and secretarial standards.
The ideal candidate will have completed the Company Secretary Final/Professional Examination, possess great English communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, alongside a proactive attitude, is essential to succeed in this role.
