Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and WhatsApp communications.
- Update information in Zoho CRM.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up to ensure service quality.
- Assist marketing with campaigns and feedback tasks.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (BA/BCom/Communication preferred).
- Skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus.
- 0–2 years of customer support/tele-sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho preferred).
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹18,00/month plus incentives.
