Job Description
At Living Impressions, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to oversee our office operations and ensure effective coordination among all departments. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in office administration, preferably within architecture, interior, or design firms.
Responsibilities:
– Manage accounts and bookkeeping
– Handle client follow-ups and communication
– Oversee daily office management and operations
– Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors
– Support project and site teams with documentation.
