Job Description
Join Eclat Health Solutions as a Pathology Coder/QA. Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting pathology reports, assigning ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines. You will also stay updated with coding changes and insurance regulations, while meeting daily productivity and quality standards.
We are looking for candidates with a CPC or CCS certification and 2 to 6 years of experience in pathology coding. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential, along with attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are required.
