Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented AR Callers to follow up on medical claims with insurance companies in the US healthcare system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of the revenue cycle management (RCM) process, and be willing to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for outstanding claims.
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve denials.
- Document call statuses accurately and meet targets.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (Life Sciences preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and RCM is a plus.
