Job Description
Cosmic Byte is seeking a dedicated Support Executive to manage a team of customer support representatives. As part of this role, you will oversee the customer service process, resolve complaints, and create effective policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for planning training sessions and standardizing service delivery while selecting and hiring new staff. Monitoring both individual representatives and the team’s performance will be key to maintaining high service standards.
