Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and agents.
- Attend B2B and B2C calls, ensuring prompt responses via WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with B2B product development.
- Prepare business analysis reports and MIS reports.
- Implement daily promotions and monitor team updates.
- Manage technology systems and maintain the company website.
Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience in the tourism industry, graduate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
Must be confident, service-oriented, and a team player.
