Job Description
Tigerly Corp is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our offers and services, as well as managing inbound calls for reservations and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls.
- Manage inbound calls for reservations.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Upsell menu items and handle complaints.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Preferred experience in telecalling.
- Strong English communication skills.
