Job Description

Salary: Up to ₹50,00 per month
Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Job Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process/BPO.
- Strong English communication skills.
