Job Description
AR Construction is seeking a motivated and skilled Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience in managing construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities.
- Coordinate with workers and suppliers.
- Monitor material usage and record measurements.
- Prepare basic drawings and estimates.
- Communicate project progress to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong team management skills.
