Job Description
Adithya Institute of Technology is seeking highly customer-centric Admissions Counselors or Senior Admissions Counselors. You will play a pivotal role in developing new leads, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience, proficiency in telecalling, SMS, WhatsApp, and email marketing. Experience in organizing promotional events and converting leads into admissions is essential.
Key Expectations: Exceptional listening skills, empathy, a calm demeanor, and the ability to handle emotional situations.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month (negotiable).
