myG Digital Hub is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator. The candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in consumer appliances service, ensuring efficient operations and timely resolution of customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service requests for consumer appliances.
• Communicate with customers, service engineers, and vendors.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Update customers on service status.
• Assist the service team in customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include food and health insurance.
