Job Description
Mouser Electronics is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide optimal customer experiences while embodying Mouser values. Responsibilities include processing various customer requests, determining their expectations, generating business through service initiatives, and following up for ongoing satisfaction.
You will manage multiple currencies for international orders, provide timely price and delivery quotes, and engage with customers through chat support in multiple languages. Effective time management, professional communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
