Trionet Info Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Executive for Service & Support to manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) calls. Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, coordinating service requests, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements: Graduate/Diploma, 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome), strong English & Malayalam communication skills, basic MS Office knowledge.
