Job Description
Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki is seeking a customer-oriented and technically skilled Male Service Advisor to join our Service Section. This role serves as the primary contact between customers and our service team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs.
- Prepare job cards and provide service details.
- Estimate costs and timelines for repairs.
- Coordinate with the workshop for timely completion.
- Update customers on service progress.
- Deliver vehicles with explanations of work performed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
