Hotel Luminara is seeking a dedicated Front Office Trainee to assist with guest services and front desk operations. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain organized records and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance.
