Job Description
Devant IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with 12-15 years in corporate legal practice. Responsibilities include corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance, and providing strategic legal advice to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance.
- Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
- Liaise with external counsel.
- Support internal teams with legal queries.
Requirements:
- LLB required; LLM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00/month. Full-time position required to work in-person.
