Job Description
Chanlong Manufacturing Pvt Limited is looking for a dedicated Junior Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will provide accurate product information, guide customers in their decisions, and efficiently resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as escalating complex issues. Fluency in Tamil is preferred.
