Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Executive to join our team in the two-wheeler industry. The successful candidate will manage and process warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate warranty claims from dealers/service centers.
- Coordinate with service teams for claim approvals and rejections.
- Maintain warranty records and documentation.
- Analyze recurring issues and report to technical teams.
- Handle customer and dealer queries regarding warranty coverage.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in warranty handling in the two-wheeler industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components and warranty processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
